I was totally blown away by the hotel's top-notch service and prime location, making it SUPER CONVENIENT to explore all the jaw-dropping attractions nearby. the room was not only mind-blowingly well-equipped and clean but also provided a cozy haven after a day of exploring. the attentive staff, always just a call away, truly made my stay a memorable and hassle-free experience.

Room was quite ok, seemed renovated not too long ago and was clean, hallways is a different story... Staff very friendly. Wifi available for free in hotel lobby. Good option for this price. Personally I liked the vibe of this location, but I can also imagine that this will scare people off.

Typical indian breakfast, which I find delicious, but served in another branch of the hotel one block away. Not far, but was not really convenient.

The appreciate the services of Receptionist Mr.khan.He is very energetic and friendly.I Can not forget his assistance during my stay.

Staff was very trustful and friendly, rooms were clean and furnished nicely. Price for the room was excellent. Tourist Information offered good trips to fair prices.

Breakfast was too spicy for our taste (most of it was Indian Food).

Convenient location in Paharganj, only 5 minutes by walk from New Dehli Railway station and around 20 minutes from Connaught place.Staff is very helpfull and always ready to serve the clients. I stayed 2 nights, my room was cleaned and everything was working well (TV, AC ...). Food at the restaurant is good and the choice is large (Indian, Chinese, snacks ...)

The location of this hotel is terrible: avoid the Pahar Ganj area, it's dirty, confuse and pretty much hostile to tourists. The hotel in itself is not worth the money, the breakfast is horrible (Continental breakfast, really?!) and the employees are not at all nice.

The area is very busy and noisy, but I don't think u can get to any better area than that in Delhi. The hotel is good and comfortable, reasonable price and staff are helpful. The hotel taxi is very expensive so just get outside and take a rickshaw on the street, it's gonna be much cheaper. Some people talking loud in the corridors during the day is very common there too.

I spent two nights at Chanchal Continental Hotel and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The room we booked, the standard one, was clean, nice and well-furnished. The hotel is well located, 5 minutes tuctuc from Connought Place and the services offered (ticket reservation, tours) are good. But the best part of our staying was the kindness of the manager of the hotel. The last day he gave us an extra breackfast and he offers us the possibility to use for a cuople of hours a new room before going to the airport!!!!something which never happended to me. I really advice it!!!

Bed sheats not clean, no hot Water, aircondition broke down. And their service iisn't service but badly hidden attempts at prying more money from you. (No surprise, its India)

We didn't like the hotel. They should be careful about cleaning. The area of the hotel is the dirtiest place of Delhi. Don't recommend at all.

Location convenient, near the train station and direct metro to the airport. The breakfast, despite being served on another Chanchal hotel, was very good.

The Hotel is simple and you get what you pay for. It is clean and the rooms offer al you need. The Air con is pretty old and doesn#t work all the time but the staff is really fast with fixing it. The breakfast was not very good. You should rather eat outside. The Hotel has a great location. It is not far to all the sights of Old Delhi and you can walk to the New Delhi Railway station within 10 minutes.
